Customer Service - Return Policy & Term
- Shipping & Delivery
- All goods will be shipped by UPS or FedEx unless prohibited by size or weight. In the case of
oversized or extremely heavy freight, a commercial freight carrier will be used. Next day and second
day delivery available in most cases for an extra charge upon customer's request. COD is not
accepted at this time.
All goods paid by credit card will be shipped to the billing address only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
BIMMERKIT.COM all of its goods to the respective carrier properly boxed to prevent
damage. Damage incurred during transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. All items are insured
for full value. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the
package, listing specific damages on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. If
damage is discovered after opening the package, notify BIMMERKIT.COM and the respective
carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier. If necessary, we will
assist you in any claim to the degree practical.
Please inspect all merchandise carefully before installing it on the car. This includes, but is not limited
to, mounting tires, painting, or modifying the product in any way, shape, or form. In order to make a
damage claim, you must contact BIMMERKIT.COMbefore installing the product on the car. Once the
item has been installed, it is considered used and is not returnable under any circumstance..

Your privacy is a priority at BIMMERKIT.com, and we go to great lengths to protect it.
- Returns & Replacements
- BIMMERKIT.COM will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact
your salesperson or the customer service department for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Unless
the return is due to an error on the company's part, the customer will be responsible for shipping
charges incurred during the return or exchange. All returns, except those caused by our error, are
subject to a 25% restocking fee. Wheels that have been mounted or other used items are not
returnable. Special order items are not returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, and all options have been explored, you can return the product for refund.
Refunds issued in the following manner:
Unopened - 25% restocking fee
Opened, but not installed - 30% restocking fee

A picture must be provided of all damaged parts
We guarantee we will be completely fair in our assessment of each situation.
Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in the manufacturer's original packaging, and received by BIMMERKIT.COM. within 30 days of date of sale. No return will be accepted without proof of purchase of date of sale. We will inspect all items before a refund is issued. No COD refunds accepted. When packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the container over your signature on the receipt. If you discover a damaged part after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. We provide properly packaged contents at the time of carrier pickup. Direct claims to the carrier. However, should the carrier become unresponsive, we will endeavor to make things right.

All breakable packages are insured. It is the responsibility of the buyer to file the correct paperwork for their claim. BIMMERKIT.COM will be willing submit any signatures, reciepts, or information necessary for your claim.
- Prices
- All prices are quoted FOB net Vancouver, BC Canada. All prices are quoted in Canadian or US
Currency depending on purchaser’s location. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not
include shipping and handling unless specified by BIMMERKIT.COM. All residents in Canada are
subject to GST of 6%. All residents in BC are also subject to PST of 7% except for shop to shop sales..
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- BIMMERKIT.COM accepts cash, certified check, money order, credit card or Paypal. All credit card
or Paypal payments are subject to a 3% surcharge. All orders must be paid in full before goods will
be shipped. Special order items (including custom finished wheels) must be paid in full before the item
will be ordered. We do not accept personal checks at this time.

complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that parts used on their vehicles meet all federal,
state and local laws and regulations. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use
of our products. We are not responsible for any liability or losses which occur. All products carry
manufacturer's warranty only.
